Use Caution When Using Uber & Lyft

The problems with Uber and Lyft continue to mount. It’s important to understand the differences in the type of backgrounds these companies do. Because they are not in the group of a taxi company but rather just a regular company they are bound by CA Employment Laws which limits the depth of a background check. When a company is a public transportation company the backgrounds are much more in-depth. These companies springing up are nothing more then maybe a step above hitchhiking and paying for that ride while praying your driver is not going to harm you.
